How to Configure Sending Firstname, Lastname, and Phone Number

You can customize the form to collect user details such as Name, Surname, and Phone Number.

1. Go to the Settings tab in the plugin menu.
2. Scroll down to the User Fields section.
3. Please check the boxes next to the fields you want to include: Firstname, Lastname, Phone Number, and Message.
4. To change the order of the fields, drag and drop them to your preferred position.
5. Scroll down and click Save Changes to apply your updates.
